	In this weekly update our Council congratulations the Elmslie Memorial United Church who was victorious in earning the title of champions at Sports Day 2017. The Cayman Islands Girls’ Brigade commenced its “Girls’ Brigade Week” at the John Gray Memorial United Church for a joint service and celebration of 70 years in the Cayman Islands. 	In this weekly update our Council reflects on Ash Wednesday. The Ash Wednesday Gathering was a time for us to come together to praise and thank God for the many blessings we have received, to confess our sins and concerns to God and burn them as an act of removing the burdens from our lives.
